IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING OUTCOMES OF CERTIFICATE USING THE VERSION TRAINING METHOD OF SDN 012 TANDUN
Abstract
The problem of this research is the low achievement of the completeness criteria of learning outcomes of baseball games in the fifth grade of Public Eelementary School 012 Tandun by applying the demonstration method. A research is needed in applying a learning method, one of them is the application of training methods to improve student learning outcomes of baseball games. This type of this research is a classroom action research by applying two cycles of the application of training methods to improve learning outcomes baseball game of 20 students fifth grade of Public Elementary School 012 Tandun. The instrument of this research is teacher’s teaching observation sheets and students' attitudes when take part in learning, the rubik assessment of students baseball skills and tests of students knowledge in the form of exam questions. The results showed: (1) The level of collaborator assessment of the quality of learning increased from 77.5% in the first cycle increased to 86.25% in the second cycle, (2) The learning outcomes obtained by students in the first cycle were 70.62 and increased to 80.16 in the second cycle, (3) The mastery learning indicator of students in the first cycle was 30% and increased to 75% in the second cycle. It was concluded, the application of the training method could increase the learning outcomes of baseball games of fifth grade students of Public Elementary School 012 Tandun.
